Google sign-in and account information
We use Google sign-in only. With your permission, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile image. We use these details to identify your account and manage credits and subscriptions. We do not request access to Gmail or Google Drive.
Reference images and generated models
Your browser sends the selected reference image to our generation service, which submits it to OpenAI. Our application does not persist uploaded reference images or generated model files in an asset library, database or object storage. Models are delivered to the current browser session; download them before refreshing or closing the page. OpenAI processes submitted data under its own applicable terms and data policies; our application does not request storage of Responses API results. We cannot promise deletion from third-party infrastructure immediately after a request.
Credits, billing and technical records
We store account details, credit ledger entries, generation request identifiers and statuses, orders, payment identifiers, subscription statuses and webhook receipt identifiers in Neon PostgreSQL. We use these records to deliver credits, prevent duplicate transactions and reconcile failed generations. Waffo processes checkout and billing under its own terms. We do not store card numbers in our application database. Cloudflare hosts the service and may process request logs and technical information for operation and troubleshooting.
Cookies and retention
The site uses authentication and security cookies to maintain your signed-in session and protect sign-in requests. Signing out ends the current application session. Business and account records remain in the database unless removed; there is currently no automatic account deletion feature. Contact the support email to request access, correction or deletion. Some billing, fraud prevention or backup records may need to be retained; any such request requires review.
Your choices
You may use public guide pages without signing in. Only upload images you have permission to submit to the service and its processing providers. Do not submit sensitive personal information in reference images. Contact support for privacy questions or account requests.
